​Volunteer Opportunity: Welcome International Students to an American Christmas

International students in our community are eager to experience the warmth and tradition of an American Christmas. Volunteers are invited to help create a welcoming evening of hospitality, food, and celebration.

On Saturday, December 13, students will gather in a beautifully decorated home for a Christmas dinner and carols. Volunteers can support the event by praying, greeting guests, bringing food, helping lead carols, or sending a dish if unable to attend.

Event Details
  • Location: Home of Jim and Anne Newman, North Garden
  • Volunteer Arrival: 4:45–5:00 PM
  • Student Arrival: 5:00–5:30 PM

​Those unable to attend are welcome to send food with another volunteer.
